· Position Overview

· As a Garage Door Technician at ProLift, you’ll travel in a company vehicle to customer homes across the greater Nashville area. You’ll diagnose garage door issues, provide repair or replacement quotes on-site, and perform the necessary work with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair residential garage doors and openers
Recommend the best solutions based on safety, performance, and customer needs
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance
Manage your service truck, inventory, schedule, and customer communication
Use ServiceTitan to create estimates, send invoices, and follow up with clients

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience installing or repairing residential garage doors and motors
Strong mechanical skills and proficiency with hand and power tools
Sales and customer service experience is a strong plus
Team-oriented with a willingness to give and receive feedback
Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
